Data Deletion Instructions

At Nivesa EdTech, we respect your right to privacy and provide users with the ability to request deletion of their data.

1. How to Request Data Deletion


To request deletion of your data, please send an email to NivesaEdTech@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”
Include the following details:
– Your full name
– The email address linked to your Facebook account
– A description of the data you wish to have deleted

2. Processing Your Request


– We will verify your identity using the provided details.
– Once verified, we will delete your personal data from our active systems within 2-5 business days.
– You will receive confirmation by email once the process is complete.

3. What Data Will Be Deleted


– Profile information obtained from Facebook (such as name, email, and profile picture).
– Usage and interaction data stored in our systems.
– Communication records associated with your account.

4. What Data Cannot Be Deleted


Certain information may need to be retained temporarily for:
– Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.
– Security, fraud prevention, or audit requirements.
– Backup and archival purposes (data in backup systems may take additional time to purge).

5. Facebook Data


Any data stored on Facebook’s servers (such as posts, likes, or interactions on Facebook itself) must be deleted directly through your Facebook account, as we cannot control Facebook’s systems.

6. Automatic Deletion (Future Feature)


We are working on implementing an automated Data Deletion Callback URL that will allow Facebook to notify us directly when a user deletes their account. Until then, requests should be made via email.
